Established in 2020 and registered with the Government of Sindh in 2021 (Reg. No. SW(SGR)VA-20), the Roze Dhani Community Organization (RDCO) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to uplifting vulnerable populations in District Sanghar, Sindh.
RDCO envisions a future where every corner of rural communities is aware of and able to exercise their basic human rights. Our vision is to reduce poverty through sustainable development programs, community empowerment, and awareness sessions.
To work collaboratively with communities to achieve positive, sustainable social and economic change by reducing poverty, illiteracy, inequality, and all forms of injustice.
To work for the social development and empowerment of underprivileged individuals, groups, and communities across Sindh. To promote the equal provision and equitable distribution of resources among all deprived and marginalized groups of society.

The Roze Dhani Community Organization (RDCO) is a non-profit, community-based organization committed to empowering marginalized and underserved communities through inclusive, sustainable, and people-centered development. Working primarily in District Sanghar, Sindh, RDCO has emerged as a trusted local development organization by addressing the fundamental needs of vulnerable households through integrated interventions in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Health, Food Security and Livelihoods, Shelter, Education, Environment, Emergency Response, and Social Protection.
At RDCO, every life we touch represents a story of hope, resilience, and positive change. Through our dedicated efforts and community-based initiatives, we work to create opportunities, empower individuals, and strengthen communities.
Mr. Mehboob Ali had been operating a small hair-cutting salon at Shehbaz More, Permal, since 2022. As the sole earner for a family of seven, including his parents, brother, wife, and unmarried sister, his salon was the only reliable source of household income.

During the period 2026–2030, RDCO aims to strengthen its position as a leading community-based development organization by expanding its geographic outreach and implementing integrated programmes that improve the health, education, resilience, and socio-economic well-being of marginalized communities. While continuing its interventions in its existing operational areas, RDCO plans to expand its presence across the province of Sindh, reaching new communities that continue to face significant development challenges.
Over the next five years, RDCO will expand its operations to additional districts of Sindh adjacent to District Sanghar including Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, Matiari, Khairpur. Simultaneously, the organization will initiate development programmes in other parts of Sindh, with a particular focus on district Umerkot and Tharparkar Through this expansion, RDCO aims to establish long-term partnerships with local communities, government institutions, and development partners while extending essential services to previously underserved populations.
RDCO will improve access to safe drinking water by developing sustainable water infrastructure and strengthening community-led management systems. The organization plans to provide safe drinking water to approximately 5,000 people, construct or rehabilitate 100 community water supply schemes, install 100 hand pumps and water filtration units, and establish 50 Village Water Management Committees.

Comprised of accomplished professionals from diverse backgrounds, our board members bring extensive expertise in social sector. They are dedicated to upholding our values, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth.

They bring a wealth of knowledge in areas such as WASH, education, health, Disaster Reduction programs etc, offering insights that shape our strategic decisions and enhance our impact. Mishal Masood has made significant contributions to community development by supporting the installation of hand pumps, construction of shelters, livelihood assistance, educational support, eye care services, food distribution, and assistance for vulnerable families, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for underserved communities.
E Hands Foundation has contributed to RDCO’s WASH initiatives by supporting the installation of shallow hand pumps, enabling vulnerable households to gain sustainable access to safe and clean drinking water. Since its establishment in 2022, the Roze Dhani Community Organization (RDCO) has remained committed to empowering marginalized communities through inclusive, sustainable, and people-centered development.
